Adedoyin's journey began in a challenging environment, raised in a low-income, single-parent home. Her transformative path started when she joined our Application Season program and opted for coaching. This decision led to her acceptance into a prestigious Engineering course at Warwick University, marking the start of an impressive trajectory.
In 2022, Adedoyin's hard work and the skills she honed in our CVs and Cover Letters workshops paid off remarkably. She secured not only two scholarships but also seven coveted internship offers from top-tier organizations such as Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Macquarie, National Grid, Amazon, Royal Bank of Canada, and GSK. These opportunities spanned diverse fields, including Global Data, Tech & Innovation, Capital Markets, Energy, and Pharmaceuticals, underscoring the effectiveness of the Summers Not Cancelled and Application Season programs in her success.
Her commitment and achievements did not go unnoticed. Adedoyin took on roles as a Motivez Ambassador and a member of the Youth Advisory Board. Her leadership and potential earned her recognition as one of the UK’s Top 150 Future Leaders in STEM and among the Top 10 Black Heritage Undergraduates.
As of September 2023, Adedoyin is on the cusp of completing her final year at university, with a promising graduate position awaiting her in Technology, Data, and Innovation at a global organization. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience, the impact of supportive programme, and the doors that open when talent meets opportunity.
