Gabriel lacked confidence and knowledge surrounding interviews and assessment centres despite engaging in multiple personal and professional development programmes from 2018. Taking part in the Motivez Mock Assessment Centre with PwC in February 2022 resulted in him being able to perfect his practice with relatable recruiters and as a result, he secured a graduate role at Unilever as a Technology Consultant after 3 weeks on the Application Season programme.
A quote from Gabriel reads “The networking session was my favourite; they added colour to my perception of networking and made it a less static experience”. As an alumni, he is now contributing to the development and co-creation of our programmes.
